Over the past few years, we’ve formed an excellent working relationship with Apache and broached them with our ideas.  Apache came back to us with an IT infrastructure that would not only do what we’d asked, but went so much further.  The new infrastructure designed and implemented by Apache has brought much improved productivity, efficiency and security; not to mention peace of mind and the assurance that we can go about our day-to-day business with minimal fuss and the knowledge that Apache will be quick to address any questions or issues that we might have.

The new infrastructure now gives us full support for the corporate section of the business.  From any location we can view the factory goings on via electronic surveillance, keep in electronic contact with all company members and support and update our factory machinery automation.

On top of all this, Apache have also provided us with the ability to streamline and optimise our job scheduling, measurement, quoting, building installation and review, by providing an interface between Excel and Outlook.  This was great for us as our staff were already very familiar with these tools, so minimal additional training was needed.
